  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $7.20 (Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days)
  • Rural Shipping: $12.00 (Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days)
  • Delivery times may vary based on your specific location within New Zealand.

Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are available exclusively within New Zealand.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship products classified as hazardous materials.
  • Currently, we do not ship to the Chatham Islands.

  • If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
