Need to return or exchange an item purchased from our site? Please email us promptly upon receiving your item at orders@cashmoreclinic.co.nz. We are happy to process exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original packaging and show no signs of use. Kindly note, you are responsible for any courier or postage costs associated with returning items. Please be aware that all discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
