24hours. You should allow you skin to rest for at least 24 hours post treatment. This means no exercise, no sun and no other treatments. It is imperative to wear SPF on the the treated areas. Over the next few days post treatment you will notice pigmentation will rise to the surface and darken. It will then begin to flake off.

Is this treatment painful?

Minimal discomfort will be felt as numbing cream is applied prior to treatment. A mild sunburn like feeling will be felt post treatment for around 12 hours.

Is redness and swelling normal?
