Seeing the positive impact my work has on people and witnessing the improvement in their self confidence is what drives me. I deeply value the relationships that form with my clients, many of whom have been coming to me for years. I'm dedicated to staying updated with the latest technology and work diligently to stay ahead in the ever-evolving fields of cosmetic and dermatology.
As a Registered Nurse, I previously worked at a prominent dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice in Tauranga, during the early days of appearance medicine. As treatments like Botox®, laser therapies, and dermal fillers became more common, my reputation as a facial rejuvenation expert began to grow.
Now, two decades later, and after raising four children, I felt the urge for a new challenge, which led me to establish the Cashmore Clinic in my hometown of Mount Maunganui. MICHELLE TE AUTE
Registered Nurse
I have more than ten years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specialising in both Acute Medical and Surgical. Originally from Western Australia, my Husband and I relocated to the Bay of Plenty five years ago, where we have become a family of four.
I was introduced to injectables whilst working for a Maxillofacial Surgeon. From then, I began to work for another appearance medicine clinic for 18 months. My mission is to help all of my clients feel comfortable in their own skin, helping them embrace their natural beauty. I strongly believe in a subtle, natural approach to enhance ones appearance, always tailored to individuals specific goals and needs.
I am thrilled to be apart of the team at Cashmore Clinic and look forward to partnering with you on your skincare journey to a more youthful looking you.

ANN EADES
Registered Nurse / Skin Therapist
With 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, I made the move from Scotland to New Zealand 19 years ago, settling in Mount Maunganui with my husband and two children.
Before relocating, I had the privilege of working in esteemed hospitals across Germany, the Middle East, Australia, and the UK. My specialisation lay in adult and paediatric oncology before transitioning to appearance medicine. Throughout my international journey, I acquired expertise in safety standards and practices, particularly in IPL, laser treatments, advanced skin analysis, and wound healing.
My passion lies in assisting clients in achieving remarkable results and boosting their confidence. I find immense joy in cultivating relationships with my clients, collaboratively planning their skin journey to restore and maintain beautiful, radiant skin while alleviating the effects of aging.
SARAH CAMERON
Skin Therapist
With 12 years of experience as a beauty therapist, I've had the privilege of working in several clinics across the Bay of Plenty before establishing my own practice within the Cashmore Clinic 4 years ago. Specialising in skincare and cosmetic tattooing, I’ve dedicated the last 7 years to perfecting the art of tattooing to enhance natural beauty and restore confidence.
Throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about helping individuals enhance and correct their features. Eyebrows, in particular, hold a special place in my heart—they frame the face and can bring back a youthful appearance. My goal is to restore what’s been lost, simplify my clients' daily routines, and provide a transformative experience that leaves them feeling confident and empowered.
I’m excited to join the Cashmore team, offering my expertise as an additional support in the clinic. I look forward to working with you on your skin health journey and helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
VANESSA HUTCHINGS
Account Manager
Vanessa is a dedicated and detail-oriented person with a strong background in business operations and accounts. With a Diploma in Business and 14 years of experience running her own successful export business, she brings valuable expertise in managing financials and supporting business growth behind the scenes. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys Pilates, walking and reading in her downtime. Food plays a central role in her family life, and she loves cooking and entertaining, often bringing people together in a social setting.
Joining Cashmore Clinic in August 2021, Vanessa was involved with optimising operational systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. She now oversees the clinic's financial management and supports Leanne with strategic management decisions that help drive the success and growth of the clinic.
CHLOE THOMPSON
Client Care / Marketing Coordinator
Chloe brings a mix of marketing, management, and customer service expertise to the team, backed by her organised approach and boundless energy! With a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Commercial Dance, Chloe is passionate about social media and helping businesses grow both online and offline. Outside her role with us, Chloe freelances as a social media manager for local businesses across various industries. When she's not busy at her desk, you'll find her teaching dance at a local studio, running half-marathons (and attempting full ones), or enjoying quality time with family and friends over great food and cocktails!
Since joining Cashmore Clinic in 2024, Chloe has been at the forefront of customer care, responding to inquiries, maintaining supplier relationships, managing the clinic’s social media and website, and supporting the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly.
MARLEY CASHMORE
Team Mascot
Our adorable Team Mascot and the undisputed queen of cuddles, Marley is hands down the cutest member of the Cashmore Clinic crew. Always on hand (or paw) to greet you with a wagging butt and a heart full of affection, she’s made it her mission to ensure every client feels right at home. You’ll often find her lounging in the waiting room, sneaking in some snuggles, and if you’re lucky, she might even try to tag along into the treatment room for moral support!
With Marley around, every visit feels like a warm welcome from your favorite furry friend. 🐾✨
