Cancellation Policy

This policy will be enforced and effective from 1 October 2022

Your appointments are very important to us as they are reserved specifically for you. It impacts us and other clients when we get last minute cancellations and/or no shows. And as such, these have a significant impact, resulting in our need to enforce our cancellation policy and trust you to understand our necessity to do so. 

If you arrive late to your scheduled time (more than 10 minutes), we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide your booked treatment if it causes disruption to other clients. If you arrive late to your appointment and we are not able to provide the full treatment, you will be charged the full treatment cost.

Cashmore Clinic has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for Anti Wrinkle, Peel and Consultation appointments. These are:

∙       Botox®/Dysport
∙       Dermal Fillers 
∙       Botox®/Dysport and Dermal Filler 
∙       Consultations
∙       Teeth Whitening Top Up
∙       Hyperhidrosis
∙       Lip Flip
∙       Beauty Booster
∙       MONO Threads
∙       MELINE Peel

Less than 24-hour cancellation notice will result in 100% forfeit of deposit and may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked appointment.

For appointments that are more than an hour, then 48-hours notice is required. These are: 

∙       Teeth Whitening Full cycle (including couples), 
∙      The Secret RF 
∙       PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
∙       The Secret RF + PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)

Less than 48-hour cancellation or do not show without notice will result in 100% forfeit of deposit or treatment payment.

Deposits required of $50.00 for the following treatments:

∙       Botox®/Dysport First time clients
∙       Dermal Fillers First time clients
∙       Botox®/Dysport and Dermal Filler First time clients
∙       Repeat no-show or cancellations
∙       Consultations

Deposits required of $250.00 for the following treatments:

∙       The Secret RF
∙       PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
∙       The Secret RF + PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)

Deposits are redeemable on your treatment if conducted the same day.

For repeated no shows and/or late cancellations, future appointments may require full treatment fee to be paid in advance or 50% deposit of booked treatment. You will not be able to book directly via the online booking portal.

We will remind you a day prior to your appointment via text message or email. We do understand that things can ‘pop up’ when we least expect it. However, we do appreciate a message to let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment with as much notice as possible. So that we can offer the time to another client.
