Hi, I’m Leanne

Seeing the positive impact that my work has on people and the improvement in their self-confidence is the driver for me. I love the relationships that develop with my clients, many of whom have been coming to me for years. I believe in keeping up with the latest technology and work hard to stay ahead of the ever-evolving cosmetic and dermatology industry.

I’m a Registered Nurse and previously worked at a large dermatology and cosmetic surgery practice in Tauranga, when appearance medicine was still in its infancy. As Botox®, laser treatments and dermal fillers became more commonplace, my reputation as an expert in facial rejuvenation began to grow.

​Two decades later, and having raised four children, my desire for a fresh challenge prompted me to open the Cashmore Clinic in my home town of Mount Maunganui.

Hi, I’m Ann

I’m a Registered Nurse with 30 years experience. I moved to New Zealand from Scotland 19 years ago, and live in Mount Maunganui with my husband and two children.

Prior to our move, I worked in the most reputable hospitals in Germany, Middle East, Australia and the UK. I specialised in adult and Paediatric Oncology before moving to appearance medicine. I have internationally gained safety standards and practices using IPL, laser, advanced skin analysis and wound healing.

I am passionate about helping clients achieve great results and boosting their confidence. I thoroughly enjoy building relationships with my clients whilst planning their skin journey, helping to restore and maintain beautiful glowing skin whilst softening the ageing process.

Hi, I’m Michelle

I have more than ten years of experience as a Registered Nurse, specialising in both Acute Medical and Surgical. Originally from Western Australia, my Husband and I relocated to the Bay of Plenty five years ago, where we have become a family of four.

I was introduced to injectables whilst working for a Maxillofacial Surgeon. From then, I began to work for another appearance medicine clinic for 18 months. My mission is to help all of my clients feel comfortable in their own skin, helping them embrace their natural beauty. I strongly believe in a subtle, natural approach to enhance ones appearance, always tailored to individuals specific goals and needs.
